Ba Na Hills is tucked away in Danang’s pristine mountain tops. It is accessible only by a long cable car ride (READ: elevated across 5 km and a height of nearly 1.5 km above sea level) and houses a mountain resort, an amusement park, a hospital, villas, post office, and a bank.
When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, we had to take two cable cars towards the top of the mountains. As height elevated, the temperatures got colder and colder. We rolled above tall trees, huge rocks, and small waterfalls before reaching the top of the mountain; we were, quite literally, sitting in the clouds.
We spent our time in Ba Na Hills admiring the panoramic views, experiencing a 4D movie (you sit strapped in an imitation of a speed racing car) and a 5D movie (a live, competitive cowboy shooting game), and going on small rides in Fantasy Park.
